Shipping policy
Where we ship from. All orders ship from our shop in Mesa, Arizona.
Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
United States shipping (flat rate)
- All in 1 Hooper Pro Starter Kit — lower 48 states + DC: $49 flat, 5–8 business days
- All in 1 Hooper Pro Starter Kit — Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico + US territories: $99 flat, 5–8 business days
- All other products, order total up to $150: $10 flat, 2–5 business days
- All other products, order total $150.01–$499.99: $40 flat, 2–5 business days
- All other products, order total $500–$1,500: $65 flat, 2–5 business days
- All other products, order total over $1,500: $100 flat, 2–5 business days
- FREE Leveler Pro Mighty Hoop Sticker: free by US Mail, United States only
International shipping. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and other countries shown at checkout.
- All in 1 Hooper Pro Starter Kit: shipping is calculated at checkout by UPS, FedEx or DHL, based on the box weight and your address.
- All other products: $195 flat, Standard International, 6–12 business days.
- Duties and taxes: import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set by your country and are paid by the buyer on delivery. They are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the cost to reship it is the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged in transit. Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, keep the box and packing material and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
